At the destination, clearly labelled boxes and a simple room plan help the crew unload efficiently within the reserved elevator time.

Condo moving prices
Published truck packages currently include:
- 16-foot truck, 2 movers: $135 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Current minimum example: $540 plus HST.
- 24-foot truck, 2 movers: $160 per hour with a 5-hour minimum. The current approximately 7-hour example is $1,120 plus HST.
- 26-foot truck, 3 movers: $215 per hour with a 6-hour minimum. The current approximately 8-hour example is $1,720 plus HST.
The 16-foot package is presented on the homepage as suitable for small moves and one-bedroom condos; the 24-foot option is presented for medium moves and one- to two-bedroom condos. Those are guides, not guarantees. Inventory, furniture dimensions and building access determine what is practical.
Prices shown are starting rates or examples. Final pricing depends on truck size, crew size, move details, travel, applicable minimums, and HST. Your estimate will confirm the final rate.

Do I need to reserve the service elevator?
Many condominiums require a reservation, but each building sets its own rules. Ask management or the concierge about moving hours, deposits, padding and elevator access before selecting your moving time.
What if my elevator window is short?
Share the exact start and end time in advance. The inventory, packing and loading access must be realistic for that window. Providence Moving can estimate the work, but delays outside the crew's control can affect timing.
Can a moving truck use the condo loading area?
Confirm the loading location, clearance and parking rules with the building. Send any restrictions when requesting your estimate so the truck recommendation can account for them.
Will floors and furniture be protected?
The current Providence Moving service includes floor and furniture protection. Buildings may also require their own elevator padding or corridor protection; confirm who provides those materials.
How much does a Toronto condo move cost?
Cost is based on the selected hourly package, minimum hours, actual time, applicable travel or distance conditions, optional services and HST. Access and elevator timing can materially affect the duration.
Can you move only a few items from my condo?
